The Hostal Valencia offers 12 rooms, one of only a few Havana hotels that does not have hot running water...only cold.  it is a mid 18th century colonial mansion.  The rooms tend to be a bit noisy due to the use of shutters instead of glass windows.  There is a good cigar shop and the courtyard is charming.
